The Stadium of Light is one of the biggest football stadiums in England. The all-seater football stadium located in the Sunderland, England has space for 49,000 spectators. This makes the stadium fifth-largest capacious English football stadium. It’s not because it’s too bright, but to pay the tribute to the local mining industry the stadium is named as Stadium of Light and there’s a Davy lamp monument standing at the entrance.
