Before starting anything about electric guitars it is important to know that what is an electric guitar and how it works?. An electric guitar is an electronic instrument or in simple it is an electronic gadget which uses pickup to convert its vibration into electric impulses. The sound of the electric guitar itself is not loud so an amplifier is used to amplify its sound before sending it to the loudspeakers. Electric guitar works on the principles of electronic induction. Here the meaning of the electronic induction dose not means that a guitar player should have the knowledge about physics or electronics, but he should have the knowledge about the electronic music. In simple he should know that which string on the electric guitar is which node. The first electric guitar was built in 1931. In the begging it was used in jazz music but in late 1950’s and 1960’s it became part of pop music as necessary instrument. There are lots of electric guitars in the market according the music industry and it demand. The most common electric guitars are and that which I would prefer you are:

Solid body

Chambered bodies

Semi-acoustic

Full hollow body guitars

Electric acoustic

String, bridge, and neck variants
